- Confirm order: Based on our discussions, our design team will create initial concepts and sketches that capture your vision. We will work closely with you to continually refine these concepts until they fully meet your expectations.
- Provide drawings: We create detailed blueprints and specifications for your custom lighting fixture. These plans serve as the roadmap for our skilled artisans to follow during the crafting process.
- 70% deposit: We require a 70% deposit to begin crafting your custom fixture. This secures your spot in our production schedule and allows us to procure premium materials tailored to your design.
- Produces: Our team of expert artisans, known for their precision and attention to detail, handcraft your custom lighting fixture. Each element is carefully sculpted and assembled with utmost care.
- Pre-assembly & Inspection: Before your fixture leaves our workshop, it undergoes rigorous quality inspections to guarantee it meets our exacting standards.
- 30% balance: A 30% balance is required before your custom fixture is prepared for delivery. This final payment ensures a smooth transition from production to your home, allowing us to complete all final quality checks and coordinate secure shipping.
- Delivery: We coordinate the safe delivery of your custom fixture to your home. If needed, our professionals can also handle the installation, ensuring it's perfectly placed in your space.
