We offer a 2-year warranty on our home décor products.

During the warranty period, if you experience any quality-related issues, please contact us at support@everlinedecor.com and include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our customer support team will respond within 12 hours and provide an appropriate solution.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues, including:

  • Material defects

  • Craftsmanship issues

  • Product damage not caused by normal wear or misuse

If the issue is confirmed to be covered, we will offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost:

  • Free replacement

  • Partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Replacement items are typically delivered within 6–10 business days.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, washing, or care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Damage caused by natural disasters or external factors

After the 2-year warranty period, we are still happy to assist with product-related questions. However, replacement or repair costs may apply.
