If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Items are unused and in original condition

  • All items are returned in the original packaging

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

Refunds apply to the product price only.
Return shipping costs are covered by Everlinedecor.

Custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Custom or made-to-order products

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@everlinedecor.com within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Full refund

  • Free replacement

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return
Reply to your order confirmation email with the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.
Our customer service team will confirm eligibility and provide the return instructions.

Step 2: Package the Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Step 3: Ship the Return
We will provide return shipping instructions.
Please share the tracking number with us once the item has been shipped.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as returns followed by new purchases.
Custom items are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Order Cancellation

  • Custom-made orders cannot be canceled

  • Non-custom orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

If you no longer want the item after delivery, please contact us to initiate a return.
