How is my gift tier calculated?

Your gift tier is based on the qualifying lighting merchandise subtotal before discounts, shipping, and taxes.

Shipping Protection, Gift Cards, shipping charges, taxes, and the complimentary gift value do not count toward the qualifying subtotal.

Can I combine the complimentary gift with the store discount?

 Yes. You may use the highest discount tier your order qualifies for:

  • 22% off all orders with code EV22
  • 25% off $4,000+ with code EV25
  • 28% off $8,000+ with code EV28

Only one discount code may be used per order.

How many complimentary lights can I receive?

Each qualifying order may receive one complimentary light only.

Gift tiers are not cumulative. Reaching multiple tiers does not unlock multiple gifts.

Can I choose a gift from a lower tier?

Yes. You may choose one gift from your highest unlocked tier or from any lower tier.

For example, a $5,000 qualifying order may select one gift from the $199, $399, $799, or $1,299 gift tier.

How do I claim my complimentary light?

The gift is not added automatically.

Select one eligible light from an unlocked gift tier and add it to your cart before checkout. The qualifying gift discount will then be applied.

Which orders qualify?

All physical products available on our website, including lighting and furniture, count toward the qualifying subtotal.

Approved Custom Quotes, Trade or Bulk Pricing orders, and specially quoted product orders may also qualify. Our team will confirm the available gift options before the order is finalized.
