Which products and order amounts qualify for Black 25 and Black 28?
Both codes apply only to products in the EV Discount Eligible Products collection. Black 25 has no minimum purchase requirement. Black 28 requires a qualifying subtotal of at least $8,000 in eligible products. Shipping, taxes, insurance, warranty, and other excluded items do not count toward the threshold or receive these product discounts. Check the final discount shown at checkout before completing your order.
How do I claim my Black Friday gift?
Visit our Black Friday Gift Collection, choose one eligible gift from the matching tier, and add it to your cart. The automatic gift discount is applied at checkout when the qualifying conditions are met. Gift availability is limited; first come, first served.
Can I combine gift tiers or receive multiple physical gifts?
Each order is eligible for one physical gift from the highest applicable tier. Gift tiers cannot be combined. Future-purchase gift card rewards are separate, and only the highest qualifying gift-card tier applies.
What extra benefits come with eligible lighting orders?
Qualifying lighting purchases receive complimentary cord or rod extension and sloped-ceiling guidance, three additional bulbs, 30-day price protection through an electronic gift card, and an extended warranty. Please note your requested total hanging height during checkout for customized installation guidance.
How does the five-year lighting warranty work?
Eligible Black Friday lighting purchases receive 36 additional months of warranty coverage on top of Everline Decor's standard 2-year warranty, for a total of 5 years. This additional 36-month extension is a Black Friday event benefit and applies only to eligible lighting purchases. Specific exclusions and warranty terms apply.
How do I confirm Quick Ship availability and delivery timing?
Quick Ship is limited to selected items with confirmed stock. Email support@everlinedecor.com to verify current availability, warehouse location, and estimated delivery before ordering. No delivery date is guaranteed until confirmed.
What are your current delivery and return policies?
Standard order processing is typically 7–9 business days, excluding applicable custom lead times. Delivery depends on the shipping method and item size. When does Black Friday Early Access end?
Early Access runs November 2–14, 2026, ending at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on November 14. The Thanksgiving and Black Friday promotion begins November 15, with Cyber Monday offers scheduled for November 28–30.
