• No solvents, ammonia, bleach, or citrus-based cleaners
• No abrasive sponges, scouring pads, or metal polish
• No direct water spray or soaking
What is normal for alabaster
• Natural veining, soft tonal shifts, and subtle translucency — these are characteristic of real stone, not defects
• Small surface marks, mineral lines, or micro-pits can be present on hand-cut pieces
Safety
• Always turn off power at the breaker before cleaning or changing bulbs
• Let bulbs cool completely before handling
• Do not over-tighten alabaster shades during reassembly — natural stone can crack under pressure

• Ocean Freight: 4–6 weeks
  Generally used for large, heavy, or oversized items. Products exceeding 18 inches on their longest side typically ship by ocean freight.

Returns & Exchanges

• 60-Day Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and remain in their original packaging, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Return Shipping: Everlinedecor covers return shipping costs for eligible returns in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
• Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Custom-made, modified, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Please report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a full refund or free replacement, subject to verification.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are processed as returns followed by a new purchase.
