- Everline Decor covers return shipping costs for eligible items.

The chandelier itself easily deserves 5 stars for design and craftsmanship—it looks like something out of a luxury hotel lobby. I’m only taking off 1 star as a warning to other buyers regarding bulb choice: do NOT use cool white (4000K+) bulbs with this! We initially tried cool white LEDs and the light refracting through the crystals felt icy and sterile. We switched to 2700K warm white dimmable bulbs, and it instantly transformed the room into a warm, inviting oasis. Get warm bulbs and you'll love it!
