• No solvents, ammonia, bleach, or citrus-based cleaners
• No abrasive sponges, scouring pads, or metal polish
• No direct water spray or soaking
What is normal for alabaster
• Natural veining, soft tonal shifts, and subtle translucency — these are characteristic of real stone, not defects
• Small surface marks, mineral lines, or micro-pits can be present on hand-cut pieces
Safety
• Always turn off power at the breaker before cleaning or changing bulbs
• Let bulbs cool completely before handling
• Do not over-tighten alabaster shades during reassembly — natural stone can crack under pressure

- Everline Decor covers return shipping costs for eligible items.

Every alabaster lamp begins as raw stone and arrives in your hands only after passing through a sequence of precise, unhurried steps — performed by artisans who know how to listen to the material before they shape it.
1. Material Selection
Rough blocks are hand-assessed at the quarry for translucence, structural integrity, and depth of colour within.
2. Precision Cutting
Diamond instruments slice the stone into workable panels, guided by its natural grain rather than against it.
3. Sculpting
Artisans turn, carve, and hollow each form by hand — responding to the stone's character as it is revealed.
4. Hand Polishing
Progressively finer grits refine the surface until the stone's interior luminosity is fully realised.
5. Final Assembly
LED modules, solid brass fittings, and hand-finished hardware are fitted and inspected — each piece individually, never in batches.
