DESCRIPTION
Bring natural texture and soft, diffused light to a kitchen island, bedside area, or entryway with this hand-carved alabaster cylinder pendant. The solid stone shade reveals naturally occurring veins and variations, making every piece unique. Its compact cylindrical silhouette works well singly or in a carefully spaced group.
Available limited-stock clearance sizes:
- 9" Small: Shade diameter 10.16 cm, shade height 22.86 cm; minimum hanging height 43.18 cm; maximum hanging height 223.52 cm.
- 12" Medium: Shade diameter 12.7 cm, shade height 29.85 cm; minimum hanging height 50.8 cm; maximum hanging height 231.14 cm.
- 14" Large: Shade diameter 17.78 cm, shade height 34.93 cm; minimum hanging height 56.52 cm; maximum hanging height 252.73 cm.
Construction: Natural hand-carved alabaster shade with metal suspension components, based on the manufacturer's reference model. The source design uses one E26-base bulb and is hardwired; a compatible LED bulb is recommended to minimize heat near the natural stone. Bulb is not included in the reference listing.
Finish notice: The reference model is available with lacquered polished brass, bronze, and brushed nickel hardware. The specific finish of these clearance-stock units has not been confirmed. Product images show example finishes and are not a guarantee of the unit's actual hardware color.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Order Processing: 7–9 business days after payment confirmation. Custom and made-to-order products may require an additional 15–30 business days for production.
Air Freight: 15–17 business days, generally for small lighting fixtures, samples, and replacement parts.
Ocean Freight: 4–6 weeks. Products with a longest side exceeding 18 inches typically ship by ocean freight.
International Express: 7–10 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Additional charges may apply.
Estimated Delivery: Total delivery time includes processing and transit. Actual delivery times vary by destination, product specifications, production requirements, and shipping method. Oversized, custom, and made-to-order products may require additional time. Contact support@everlinedecor.com for product-specific estimates.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders.
Returns & Exchanges
60-Day Returns: Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery if unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Cancellation & Return Fees:
- Within 24 hours of ordering: Free cancellation.
- After 24 hours, before shipment: 5% fee.
- After shipment, while in transit: 10% fee.
- After delivery: 20% return fee for eligible returns within 60 days.
Applicable fees are calculated on the product amount paid and deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping: Everlinedecor covers return shipping for approved, eligible returns.
Custom Orders: Custom, modified, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom or made-to-order orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact support@everlinedecor.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items are exempt from cancellation and return fees.
