- 6-Light: 34.3 cm high × 61 cm diameter; 15.4 kg; 6 bulbs; bulbs included; dimmable; chain length 180 cm.
- 8-Light: 35.6 cm high × 91.4 cm diameter; 20 kg; 8 bulbs; bulbs included; dimmable; chain length 180 cm.
- 12-Light: Dimensions, weight, bulb count, included bulbs, dimming and chain length for this clearance variant are not yet verified. The supplied third specification repeated the 6-light dimensions and bulb count. These should not be taken as confirmed 12-light specifications.
Finish: The referenced seller lists Silver Clay and Bronze; the actual clearance unit finishes have not yet been supplied. Gallery images are examples of the reference design and should not be relied on to identify the exact clearance unit finish.
Electrical installation: Verify actual unit voltage, electrical approvals, wiring, mounting hardware and dimming compatibility before installation. Professional installation is recommended.

Air Freight: 15–17 business days, generally for small lighting fixtures, samples, and replacement parts.
Ocean Freight: 4–6 weeks. Products with a longest side exceeding 18 inches typically ship by ocean freight.
International Express: 7–10 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Additional charges may apply.
Estimated Delivery: Total delivery time includes processing and transit. Actual delivery times vary by destination, product specifications, production requirements, and shipping method. Oversized, custom, and made-to-order products may require additional time. Contact support@everlinedecor.com for product-specific estimates.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders.
Returns & Exchanges
60-Day Returns: Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery if unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Cancellation & Return Fees:
- Within 24 hours of ordering: Free cancellation.
- After 24 hours, before shipment: 5% fee.
- After shipment, while in transit: 10% fee.
- After delivery: 20% return fee for eligible returns within 60 days.
Applicable fees are calculated on the product amount paid and deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping: Everlinedecor covers return shipping for approved, eligible returns.
Custom Orders: Custom, modified, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom or made-to-order orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact support@everlinedecor.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items are exempt from cancellation and return fees.
