The chandelier looks just like the photos online. The finish, shape, and fabric shades all matched what I expected, so there were no surprises after receiving it. The light feels warm and cozy once installed, and it works really well above our dining table. I also appreciated the customer service. Before shipping, they sent actual photos of the product for confirmation, which made the whole process feel much more reassuring. It’s nice to know exactly what you’re getting before it ships out.
